Evaluation of the Canada-Nova Scotia Social Housing Agreement

In 2007, Horizons completed an evaluation of Canada-Nova Scotia Social Housing Agreement programs. This work involved conducting an evaluation literature review and a best practices program scan, developing and implementing a comprehensive evaluation framework and its associated data collection protocols, collecting data from a broad range of stakeholder groups and data sources (i.e., focus groups; key informant interviews; telephone surveys; e-mail surveys; database review; and statistical/demographic review), conducting the data analysis, and completing an evaluation report.
