Strategic Economic Development Strategy

Horizons worked with the Economic Development Department of Acadia First Nation to develop its first economic development strategy. Our work included the development of community profiles and asset maps and skills inventory of community members; developing a vision and goals, and a comprehensive 5-year work plan. We also developed skills within the First Nation community by training and working with community members to carry out the skills inventory.
