Performance Management System Evaluation Consultations

In early 2009, Horizons carried out a series of focus groups (in Bridgewater, Bible Hill and Sydney) to collect feedback from managers and supervisors on what is working and not working with the provincial government’s performance management process. Upon completion of the sessions, we prepared and submitted summaries of the group’s responses to the PSC.
