Knowledge Transfer/Exchange Tool Kit - Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation

The NSHRF contracted Horizons to develop a Compendium of Knowledge Transfer Resources, which consists of resources and/or tools related to knowledge transfer and exchange. The Compendium is a resource to assist researchers, clinicians, policy-makers, and communities. Horizons carried out internet searches for key tools and resources meeting the Compendium's criteria. We developed a template of information about each resource/tool meeting the criteria. Once the templates were complete, we created the Compendium, including a matrix, which identified the number of resources/tools found, by intended user and primary user group, the templates and comprehensive reference list. The final electronic version of the Compendium included bookmarks for easy searching of the document and live links to all resources and tools.
