Canadian Nurses Association - Key Stakeholder Consultations

Horizons worked with the CNA to gather input from its external stakeholders to inform its strategic planning process. Specifically, we carried out telephone key informant interviews with provincial/territorial health agencies’ representatives and implemented a bilingual web-survey with a broad range of stakeholders. We coded and analyzed the data gathered and developed a synthesis report of the results to be used in their planning meetings.
