Atlantic Collaborative on Injury Prevention - Literature Review & Recommendations

Horizons is working with the Atlantic Collaborative on Injury Prevention (ACIP) to carry out a review of the relationship between the social determinants of health and injury. Our work has included a literature review, a scan of best practice policies and programming that reduce injuries by addressing the social determinants, identifying determinants that have the greatest impact and developing recommendations for further data collection. The resulting document will be used by government and non-government injury prevention practitioners, advocates and policy makers.
