Resource Recovery Fund Board Inc. (RRFB Nova Scotia) – Development of an Evaluation Framework for the Education & Public Awareness Mandate

In April 2006, Horizons completed an evaluation framework development contract for the Resource Recovery Fund Board Inc.’s (RRFB Nova Scotia) education and public awareness mandate. This contract included working with stakeholders involved with various RRFB Nova Scotia programs to develop a logic model and comprehensive evaluation framework, as well as a detailed evaluation management plan that RRFB Nova Scotia can use in a formal evaluation implementation process.
