Public Works: Road Safety Advisory Committee (RSAC) – Strategic Planning

Horizons worked with the RSAC Coordinator to plan and facilitate a day-long strategic planning session for RSAC and its four subcommittees (Alcohol & Drug Countermeasures Traffic Enforcement; Strategic Communications; Vehicle Occupant Safety; and Vulnerable Road Users). Our tasks included planning the agenda, reviewing past terms of reference and strategic planning information, supporting the Coordinator in preparing subcommittee members for the session, developing the session materials, facilitating the session, and preparing a draft strategic plan that incorporated feedback from session participants.
