Nova Scotia Department of Health Promotion and Protection - Preventing Falls Together Strategic Planning Session (2006)

Horizons designed and facilitated a planning session with the provincial Preventing Falls Together Management Committee and staff in June 2006. The session provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on the background of the program, analyze its current situation, and identify key areas to address in the future.
