Atlantic Health Promotion Research Centre – Evaluation of the Rural Communities Impacting Policy Project (2006)

In January 2006, we completed an 18-month process of evaluating the Rural Communities Impacting Policy (RCIP) project. We developed the evaluation framework and data collection protocols for this provincial initiative, and conducted focus groups, a file review, and a web survey in the data collection phase of the contract, analyzed the evaluation data, and developed an RCIP evaluation report. Project partners are using the results of this evaluation to improve the delivery of the project and provide accountability measures to its federal funders.
