Nova Scotia Department of Health: Primary Care Services – Health Literacy Awareness Launch
Horizons was contracted by Primary Care Services of the Nova Scotia Department of Health to facilitate the launch of its Health Literacy Awareness resources. We assisted in the planning of the day, facilitated the session, and developed follow-up packages for participants.
