– Seniors Influencing Policy

Horizons coordinated Developing Rural Seniors' Skills to Influence Policy, a Public Health Agency of Canada Population Health Fund project, with the purpose of increasing the capacity of rural seniors to influence public policies that affect their health and well-being. We coordinated two workshops to enhance the skills of seniors to influence policies, especially through their community organizations, as well as administered all aspects of the project.
