Annapolis County Mayors & Warden
– Annapolis Youth Strategy

We worked with the Mayors and Warden of Annapolis County to develop a research-based, comprehensive, community-based strategy for addressing and preventing youth criminal behaviours. The development of the strategy included conducting an environmental scan, reviewing best practice research, developing an indicator profile as a baseline measure, consulting with stakeholders in key organizations, developing a five-year implementation plan, and developing an evaluation framework for implementation of the strategy. The Mayors and Warden are currently negotiating funding to implement the strategy.
