– Primary Health Care Team Consultations

In the fall of 2004, we conducted consultation sessions with primary health care team members across the province to gather input about priority learning needs to assist primary care teams in improving their effectiveness. We also managed the distribution of a written survey for input from a wider range of primary health care stakeholders.
