Horizons facilitated the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia’s provincial Stroke Forum, which brought together representatives from stroke support groups across Nova Scotia. Horizons was contracted to plan the agenda and facilitate the day, which included building links and capacity across chapters, as well as discussing the results and recommendations from the report “Cardiac and Stroke Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention Education in Nova Scotia”.
